Scheduling Fee and Surgical Fee Payments Scheduling fee payments may be paid by personal check, money order, or through PayPal. Payment of this fee will allow us to confirm and reserve your surgery date with the surgical facility and with you. You will also receive a confirmation packet with information that will be helpful and useful to you as you approach your surgery date. The final surgical fee payment, which is due 3 weeks prior to the date of surgery, may be made by personal check, cashier check, money order, or PayPal. The office staff can advise you should you wish to use PayPal as an option for payment of the scheduling fee. Thank you.
